• Came in on the web application, built on Vue 3, before moving to the rebuild of the native iOS and Android apps onto one cross-platform codebase.
• Set the initial architecture of the cross-platform rebuild, and lead the architectural discussions as more teams join the platform.
• Introduced architecture decision records as a team practice — a decision gets argued once, written down, and outlives the discussion that produced it.
• Work spec-driven with SpecKit in an AI-driven team of engineers and a digital employee, and write the repo-level skills for my areas.

EdTech. A learning platform with a large daily audience, its CMS, internal tooling and interactive educational content.

• Helped turn the platform's CMS from a monolithic tool into a modular, scalable platform that other teams used as the base for eight new CMS applications.
• Architected an adaptive learning interface supporting up to a thousand scenario variations of a single lesson, designed up front with UML and use cases on Adapter, IoC container, Mediator and Event Bus patterns.
• Designed frontend architecture solutions and shared libraries used across the platform's educational products, including interactive learning content and complex UI components.
• Led a cross-functional team of six — two frontend, two backend, two QA: planning, estimation, decomposition, retrospectives, one-to-ones and delivery ownership.
• Introduced engineering process after two departments merged: regular demos, onboarding and knowledge materials, and sessions on focus and team efficiency.
• Mentored junior developers and took part in hiring and onboarding.
