Cross-platform rebuild across iOS, Android and Web.

• Set the initial architecture of the cross-platform rebuild, and lead the architectural discussions as more teams join the platform
• Work spec-driven with SpecKit in an AI-driven team of engineers and a digital employee, and write the repo-level skills for my areas
• Introduced architecture decision records as a team practice — a decision gets argued once, written down, and outlives the discussion that produced it
